Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage high priority projects
- Assist the CEO in becoming more organized, allowing for greater focus on high-priority tasks
- Assist group's leaders in navigating uncertainty and mitigating risks
- Thinking partner to the CEO as well as advisors to department leaders
- Participate in critical Senior Leadership meetings, offering a comprehensive view of performance or issues to SLT and stakeholders, then relay pertinent information to departmental leaders. Work with department leaders to ensure open items are closed
- Establish and define operational metrics for the departments within the group, subsequently presenting these metrics to the SLT.
- Engage in daily tasks that members of the leadership team may not have the capacity to address, including collaborating with department leaders on project coordination and managing business administration duties.
- Evaluate the risk, cost, and effort involved in SLT's new initiative or special project, then oversee and guide the endeavor to its conclusion
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience from reputable global tech companies or top tier management consulting firms
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, MBA is a huge advantage
- Understanding of Traveloka's business and online travel or e-commerce industry
- Strong project manager
- Strong relationships builder
- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Ability to simplify complexity into digestible chunks to help leaders make decision
- A strong strategic thinker and problem solver
- A proven track record of translating an idea to execution
- Ability to anticipate and avert problems
- Ability to grasp abstract concept and add value to the leader’s vision
- High organizational and political intelligence
- Commercial and operational savviness with deep understanding of online retailing business and technology
