· Manage purchase requisition, quote and purchase order documents and processes.
· Generate, expedite, and track POs to completion.
· Generate daily Procurement reports.
· Comply and uphold all procurement processes and policies.
· Negotiate with existing and potential suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions and maintain relationships for strategic or critical supplies.
· Managing and follow up the delivery schedule on raw materials to ensure timely delivery.
· Review the purchase requisition report & check the demand vs material lead time vs MOQ & purchase price.
· Manage incoming materials to avoid excessive material holdings.
· Work on excess PO cancellation with supplier.
· Resolve account payable issue.
· Shipment arrangement with the supplier
· Leverage creativity and innovation to effectively manage budgets while seeking cost savings from suppliers.
· Develop and establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
· Conduct extensive research into future developments within various markets, ensuring they remain up to date with industry knowledge.
