Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
PMO Lead
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment
- Ensure close coordination with upstream and downstream stakeholders for any internal and external dependencies
- Develop and prepare high-quality executive-level presentations and reports. Translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and messaging
- Ensure timely follow-up of action items, identification and resolution of risks and issues. Schedule, coordinate, and manage senior stakeholder governance meetings, ensuring timely distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation
- Manage various programs and projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree with 7 years’ business experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking; Experience in a management consulting firm will be an advantage
- Strong track record of project management skill with several years running projects and initiatives in large corporations or financial services
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel with an ability to support in producing top-management ready decks under tight deadlines
- Systematic, tenacious and persistent in following up with multiple parties including senior stakeholders to achieve project and program goals
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in preparing executive-level presentations and reports
