Job Description
- Conduct routine safety checks and advise on corrective actions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to machinery and processes.
- Promote safe working conditions through education and training.
- Lead fire and hazmat safety, conduct training as required.
- Approve permits and assess confined spaces and working at heights.
- Oversee daily facility inspections.
- Manage document preparation and compliance updates.
- Execute safety promotions and campaigns.
- Fulfill additional duties assigned by the section head.
Requirement
- Minimum WSH Level C or Degree in WSH.
- Certified Confined space assessor and Work at Height assessor.
- Minimum 3 years Safety experience in utility/ manufacturing/ logistic industry/ marine industries only.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.
