Job Description
- Assist section head in addressing safety and fire concerns.
- Inspect safety protocols and suggest corrections.
- Notify managers of risky equipment or processes.
- Promote safe work environments through education and drills.
- Lead fire and hazmat management at the plant.
- Conduct employee safety training.
- Review and approve permits; assess confined spaces and WAH.
- Monitor HSE management system and conduct facility inspections.
- Manage legal compliance and document control.
- Support safety promotions and programs; handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum WSH Level C or Degree in WSH.
- Certified Confined space assessor and Work at Height assessor.
- Preferably WSHO & Fire safety manager, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years Safety experience in utility/ manufacturing/ logistic industry/ marine industries only.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.
