We are working with a UK law firm to hire a Paralegal in Singapore for their Finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support on multiple transactions
- Arranging for legal searches and filings where necessary
- Managing signing process
- Preparing reports and basic notes of advice
- Transaction management
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in law preferred (open to fresh grads with no prior Paralegal experience)
- Strong academics
- Dynamic, team player and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
