We are partnering a recognised corporate finance and valuation expert company with presence across key markets in Southeat Asia.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the M&A Team. You will play a key role in driving the M&A strategy, identifying strategic opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing expert guidance to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on sell-side and buy-side deals in all stages of execution
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets and assist in the preparation of investment memorandum and presentations
- Assess industry and conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
- Producing and analysing financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecast
- Assist in negotiating deal terms, including valuations, structuring, and financing arrangements
- Building and maintaining client relationships before, during and after engagements
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including investment bankers, lawyers, and industry experts
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years in the corporate finance, corporate/business development, merger & acquisition (M&A) role; with large coprorates and/or investment banks/ Big 4 transaction services
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects
