About Us:
We are an Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Enrichment Centre seeking a meticulous and responsible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist. If you have a strong attention to detail, excel in managing financial tasks, and are comfortable with a flexible work schedule, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Invoicing: Prepare and manage around 60 to 100 invoices using Excel.
- Bank Transactions: Update and reconcile bank transactions accurately.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll for employees in a timely manner.
- Payment Follow-up: Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Filing: Perform filing duties at our office in Katong Plaza once a week for a full day or twice a week for half days. The rest of the work can be done from home.
Requirements:
- Must be a Singapore citizen or SPR.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with financial software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to manage tasks independently.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor, even in fast-paced or demanding situations.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible home-based work with mandatory in-office filing once or twice a week.
