Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:


1. Online, Digital, and Social Marketing Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for various online platforms, including website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), and digital advertising.
  • Design and create compelling graphics, videos, and written content to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital content.

2. Marketing Operations and Promotional Materials:

  • Support and execute marketing-related events and operations
  • Design and produce visual materials and brand assets.
  • Design and produce specific shop promotional materials and interior/window shop designs.
  • Design and produce gifts for customers.
  • Create company branded products and actions (logos, etc.).

3. Coordination of Event Planning:

  • Organize, and execute company events, promotions, and activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.

4. Development of Website Content:

  • Update and manage website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Work closely with the web development team to enhance user experience and implement new features.
  • Monitor website analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.

5. Instore Promotions/Activities:

  • Design and implement in-store promotions and activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store promotions to optimize future campaigns.

6. Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads:

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Develop ad copy, creative assets, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve results.

7. Customer Service (as a supporting role when needed):

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer feedback and reviews on social media and other online platforms.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.

8. Telemarketing (as a supporting role when needed):

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, aiming to convert these calls into appointments for facial treatments and maintain treatment room occupancy based on the Company's goal.
  • Confirm appointments on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop telemarketing scripts and strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Communicate with customers via other platforms such as messaging and email.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the skincare/beauty industry strongly preferred
  • Proven success with digital and social media tools and activities
  • Proven success in creating promotional materials
  • Execution of marketing strategies for commercial operations
  • Experience in commercial and marketing planning and executing events
  • Advantageous to have experience in market research and branding campaigns
  • Telemarketing/customer retention experience considered a plus
  • Advantageous to have experience in customer experience/service activities

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Completion of marketing programs considered an advantage
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and graphic design software.
