Influencer Marketing Executive

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns and managing influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Your role involves coordinating marketing efforts across various channels while leveraging the power of social media influencers to amplify the client's brand awareness and social influence.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Partnership Management:

  • Identify and research potential social media influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and agreements for collaboration.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring content creation, posting schedules, and compliance with clients' campaign goal.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with the client's marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Liaise with influencers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for successful campaign execution.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for client's marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media and influencer campaign effectiveness.

Trend and Platform Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and creativity in content and influencer strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in multiple social media platforms for marketing purposes. Strong communication skills in influencer identification and management. Analytical capabilities for performance tracking and insights.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution. Awareness of influencer marketing trends and social media algorithms.
  • Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Creativity in leveraging emerging platforms and trends. Adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Collaborative team player with a passion for social media.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and bahasa proficiency will be an added advantage
