Roles and Responsilbilities $3800-$4500
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Answer phone calls and patient queries
- Perform other administrative duties
- Assist nurses with some medical tasks, preparing procedure rooms
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Able to work extended irregular hours
- Pleasant disposition; able to handle patients confidently
