Responsibilities:
- Conducting healthcare massages and orthopedic tuina
- Overseeing daily clinic operations, including maintaining hygiene standards
- Selling health services and products (attractive commission scheme)
- Assess clients’ needs and provide professional advice
- Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
- Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy
- Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Work experience related to Chinese medicine cosmetology or health preservation is welcome
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
- TCM related Diploma / Degree (or Medicine)/ Tuina/ Massage qualifications from ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC will be advantage
