Hybrid Role
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer with a growth mindset to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity for an admin professional to utilize their skills in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate tasks with counterparts in Vietnam and Singapore
2. Manage financial tasks, including:
- Invoice preparation and processing
- Payroll administration
- Maintenance of full sets of accounts (general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, profit & loss statements)
3. Handle system updates, email correspondence, and phone communications
4. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
5. Provide ad hoc translation between English and Vietnam language

- We plan to move to a more central location in January 2025
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clerical or office administration role
- Fluency in English and Vietnam language (written and spoken)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Demonstrated adaptability and enthusiasm for professional development, with a receptive attitude towards constructive input
