- Position Title: Application Engineer/Field Support Engineer
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4800 + Travel Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Offer application support for customers, including hardware/software integration and sample code preparation.
- Handle technical support issues through Salesforce case tickets.
- Conduct technical verification of equipment, offer onsite troubleshooting when needed, and provide value-added services.
- Manage product testing and RMA handling within Singapore.
- Serve as a liaison between regional offices and headquarters for technical requirements and escalate advanced support issues.
- Deliver training to sales channel partners and direct customers.
- Develop and prepare technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Support tradeshows and seminars.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics or Computer Engineering.
- Proficient in C++/C# .NET programming.
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of electronic circuits.
- Traveling required (within ROA).
