- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + AWS + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Develop client business by exploring opportunities, guiding client needs, and designing solutions.
- Provide after-sales technical support to major accounts, including service management, channel management, pre-sales testing, project implementation, troubleshooting, and customer service planning.
- Coordinate resources (technical, sales, R&D, service providers) to ensure smooth project progression and address any issues promptly.
- Support client and market success by consolidating industry experience and standardizing knowledge through training and process improvements.
- Analyze the Asia-Pacific telecommunications market to understand demand, competition, and industry trends, and provide feedback to help the company gain a competitive advantage.

- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Network-related certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE are preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in network solution design or on-site delivery, preferably in the Singapore market.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud data centers or campus networks.
- Proficiency in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, SSH, VRRP, STP, NetConf, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Python, Shell).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments using tools like Wireshark.
- Deep understanding of network technology and industry trends in the Singapore market.
