Responsibilities

Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Product

Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Production Manager, you will

play a key role in driving the development and success of our production

and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to

define production strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user

experiences.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the production development lifecycle from ideation to launch,

ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.

 Define production vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market

trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

 Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations

teams to prioritize features and enhancements.

 Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze metrics to

continuously improve production performance and user satisfaction.

 Define and prioritize production features and requirements, writing

clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

 Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of

features and releases.

 Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing,

sales, and support teams to ensure successful execution.

 Monitor and analyze production metrics, user feedback, and industry

trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

 Stay informed about technology advancements and regulatory

developments to ensure production compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,

Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role,

preferably in the fintech industry.

 Strong understanding of financial technology and its applications.


 Experience with agile development methodologies and production

management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven

approach to decision-making.

 Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to

influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to

manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
