RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for assisting the Buyers and Media team in the Events Group with various events (in-person, virtual and hybrid). This includes:
· Acquisition, administration, coordination and providing support to potential and confirmed Buyers and Media;
· Preparing presentation slides/eDM/acquisition related tasks;
· Identifying and supporting the project team in the development of new and existing Buyer/Media engagement opportunities;
· Supporting the Buyer/Media team in managing and handling various aspects of client relationship from acquisition to on-boarding, to ensure their successful participation at our events;
· Providing assistance on any ad-hoc duties required by the Events team.
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in an admin / support role is advantageous but not mandatory.
· The candidate should be a team player, have good communication skills (written and spoken – English and Mandarin/Chinese preferred due to International Chinese counterparts), be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be meticulous and organised in your work.
