Deployment:
- Mon to Fri: 7 am to 5 pm
- Service not required on Sat, Sun, and gazatted Public Holidays
Scope of Works:
1. Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents;
2. Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room, such as:
- Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.
- Request forms and stationery for staff use.
3. Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition
4. Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms.
- To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman;
5. To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines; and
6. Any other administration duties as assigned by school e.g. sort/ distribute and file documents, cover walk-ins/ calls.
Requirement:
a. Able to speak and read English;
b. Candidate preferably have experience in printing and administration duties;
c. Candidate preferably have at least a Pass in WISE English Language Module 4, or equivalent;
d. Candidate should preferably display traits such as service excellence, has a service oriented attitude, is meticulous with details and efficient in meeting work deadlines.
