Job Description:
- To digitize forms using ServiceNow CreateNow Development Suite.
- Provide requirements elicitation and scope clarification with the business users.
- Subject matter expert and consultant for ServiceNow forms, business process flow development and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the application delivery team in relation to the integration and improvement of digitization forms used by business.
- Updated on new ServiceNow features like flow designer, integration hub, RPA.
Scope of Work:
- Adhere to standard software development processes and promote best practices in software development.
- Such processes and practices include streamlining the build and release strategy, setting up code reviews with peers and incorporating tools to automate manual processes.
- Work with the application delivery team to ensure solution integrity and quality.
- Meet strict application delivery deadlines and prioritize assigned tasks to ensure that all deliverables are built and delivered according to specified timelines.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the team to discuss technologies and tools.
- Thoroughly document application configuration processes and procedures of ServiceNow implementation.
- Conduct training for users and backup administration resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow forms creation using CreateNow
- Prior experience in developing service portals from scratch
- Strong experience in REST API
- Having knowledge of ITOM, Discovery, Integration Hub, Flow designer and Service Mapping
- Strong experience and background in CMDB
- Knowledgeable in implementing highly complex digital forms for different business needs and users.
- Proven experience in developing custom, complex workflows using CreateNow serviceNow platform.
- Knowledge of and compliance with SDLC guidelines and practices.
- Positive attitude and perseverance required to troubleshoot/ resolve complex technical issues while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience working with database server like Microsoft SQL Server, possesses database design skills and the ability to write optimized queries.
- Proven, hands-on experience in developing high-availability, multi-tiered web applications.
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
