Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits & HR administration. The role involves working closely with employees and managers to ensure effective HR practices that contribute to the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e Recruitment, Payroll, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Exit Clearance, etc
- Assist in recruitment by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews & Manage employee onboarding/offboarding process
- Involved in monthly payroll cycle including calculating overtime & incentives
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues
- Managing HR documents, such as contracts, memos, warning letters.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Handling administrative tasks related to HR operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
