Job Description:
- Generate invoices and packing lists for trade transactions.
- Closely follow up on shipping schedules, outstanding payments, and pending documents.
- Handle all import and export documentation from suppliers to customers.
- Prepare documents for submission of export letters of credit (L/C) and collection bills to bankers.
- Issue import letters of credit (L/C) to overseas suppliers.
- Review export L/Cs from overseas customers.
- Prepare debit and credit notes for suppliers and customers related to claims.
- Communicate with overseas offices regarding sales and procurement trade activities.
- Collaborate with the Order Management Team on sales and purchase orders.
- Engage with bankers on matters related to trade finance activities.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Shipping, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Ideally 2-5 years of experience in shipping documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong knowledge of shipping operations.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and payment terms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
