Role Summary

In this context, we are looking for a Digital Transformation experience that will be dedicated to the follow-up of these transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and execution of digital projects.
- Assisting with the collection and analysis of digital performance metrics.
- Participating in workshops and meetings to understand digital transformation needs.
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to facilitate digital solutions.
- Helping to document digital processes and user requirements.
- Engaging in continuous learning about new digital tools and methodologies.
- Managing digital transformation projects from conception to implementation.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital technologies.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Facilitating change management and digital adoption among stakeholders.
- Presenting project updates and strategic insights to management.
- Developing and leading the organization's digital transformation strategy.
- Building business cases for digital initiatives and securing executive sponsorship.
- Guiding and mentoring teams in agile methodologies and digital best practices.
- Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure digital transformation progress.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to align digital goals with business objectives.
- Driving innovation and exploring emerging digital trends to keep the organization ahead.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as BA or PM.
- Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
- Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.
