The Challenges:
- To teach Music Curriculum to all children age 2 to 6
- Music Literacy curriculum includes instruction in singing, percussion, keyboards, recorder and violin (K1 & K2)
- To teach children on fundamentals concept of music theory such as rhythm, melody, pitch & tempo
- Lead rehearsals in preparation for school performance and graduation ceremony
What it Takes:
- Diploma or Professional Certification in Music (ABRSM in piano, Music Theory, Music)
- Demonstrate music competency in at least 2 instruments (eg Piano, Violin, Ukulele, etc)
- Prior experience in classroom teaching music to children
