Duties and responsibilities:
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Able to work alone and handle heavy and bulky goods 25kg-50kg. (ie rice, frozen meat, and seafood)
- Loading and unloading of goods for delivery
- Able to cut fresh seafood and frozen meat
- Able to work long hours.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Be punctual at all times.
- Ad hoc task instructed by superior
Requirements:
- Physically strong and healthy.
- Can speak, read, and write in English and Chinese.
- Good attitude
- Hardworking.
- Able to work 6 days a week.
- Able to work at the dormitory premises
