Responsibilities:
Drive innovation in software application development and testing, ensuring robust backend application performance and security within a collaborative eCommerce Technology services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test plans and scripts for core platform services.
- Execute and automate integration tests across diverse architectures and technologies.
- Create automation frameworks, strategies, and tests to validate product use-cases.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Participate in design reviews to inform and create effective test plans.
To succeed in this role, you must excel in software development and testing, maintain automated test scripts, create effective automation frameworks, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Commercial software development experience in Java and strong background in manual and automated API testing.
- Proficiency in Karate, Selenium, or Cucumber is advantageous.
- Over 6 years of experience in web/mobile app testing and automation.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Ruby, Python, or Java.
