Jian Bang Construction Pte. Ltd.

Position: HR Admin

Location: Mandai Link

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Industry: Construction


Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction field is required for this position.
  • Assist in MOM Work Passes application and related matters.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as payroll processing, onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Provide administrative support for accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain an organized inventory of equipment.
  • Establish and maintain efficient filing systems for documents and records.
  • Respond to emails and answer incoming calls
