Location: City Hall

Duration: 5 months

Salary: $2770 per month

Working Hour: Monday to Thursday (830am - 6pm), Friday (830am - 530pm)

What You'll Do:

• Support in packing, unpacking and preparing records for movers to transport to storage rooms
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to the digitization project and secure document destruction.
• Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate documentation of records and office supplies.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Manage the filing of records and track items accordingly.

Who We're Looking For:

• Capable of managing heavy boxes weighing up to 15 kilograms.
• Accessing and replacing boxes on higher shelves using a tool or ladder is required.
• Proficient in IT skills and Microsoft Office applications
