* Accurately record financial transactions, including tour booking forms, receipts, payments, and expenses, into the accounting system.
* Issuing of tour booking forms and official receipts using Company’s system.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Monitor and record business expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
* Provide support during financial audits by preparing documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
* Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, recording, all supporting banking transactions, submitting online banking payments, and filing documents.
* Process staff claims, Check, and classify expense items for payment preparation and enter Transactions.
* Submission of CPF.
* Submission of quarterly GST Filing.
* Checking and replying of emails.
* Chinese and English Speaking Required.
