Digital Business Partner (Service Transformation)


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Directors to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.

• Act as the main point of contact for the client regarding all IT-related matters, including project updates, issue resolution, and service enhancements.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on IT best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.

• Lead the identification and evaluation of IT opportunities and risks, and develop proactive mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

• Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project status, discuss upcoming initiatives, and address any concerns or challenges.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams within the organization to deliver high-quality IT solutions on time and within budget.

• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between client requirements and project deliverables.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT service delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction through POCs.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.

• Stay abreast of industry developments and technology advancements to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a consulting role.

• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering IT solutions in a BPO or consulting environment.

• Strong technical expertise across multiple IT domains, including but not limited to software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI and data analytics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure or relevant technology certifications are a plus.
