Your Plate of Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile, guiding them to their seats and setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.
- Take orders with precision, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary requirements are noted and communicated to the kitchen team.
- Deliver food and beverages with grace, ensuring timely service that keeps the steam coming.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment for every guest.
- Be well-versed in our menu, ready to answer questions and make recommendations that tantalise taste buds.
- Engage with guests to collect feedback on their dining experience, using insights to continuously elevate service standards.
