Prospect Logistics Pte Ltd is an aggressive local SME that renders third-party logistics services and specializes in the following 3 industries; International Relocation, E-Commerce & Contract Logistics.
Job Scope:
- Communicate business development strategies with key internal stakeholders.
- Procure new long-term projects and businesses
- Lead project implementations by working closely with Operations
- Define research scope and objectives to understand business environment.
- Develop plans for new market entry, existing market expansion and resource management.
- Drive engagement with new target customer segments
- Evaluate strategies to leverage relationships and network for business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead M&A, JV and partnerships negotiations.
- Lead conversion of proposals to confirmed M&A and JV deals.
- Lead delivery of solutions to clients' needs with other departments.
- Lead identification of opportunities to enhance current services with internal stakeholders.
- Lead monitoring of targets and goals with internal stakeholders.
- Lead relationship building with industry players.
- Review business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategies.
- Review due diligence reports on M&A and JV deals.
- Review emerging trends and market movements to identify potential revenue streams and business threats.
- Work with internal stakeholders to adapt existing services for new markets and business opportunities.
Requirements:
1) Excellent spoken and written English
2) Well-versed in third-party logistics operations
3) Minimum 10 years experience in 3PL business development
4) Able to take charge and lead the orgainzation
5) Able to render excellent customer service
6) Able to be contactable at all times
7) Experienced in M&A and JV transactions
Remuneration Package:
1) Basic salary $5000 per month
2) 2% commission on the revenue brought in
