A new and exciting Finance Specialist 3 months contract for an NGO in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and analysis.
- Allocate costs accurately to various projects and aspects of the business.
- Review financial documents and compare them against other records for discrepancies.
- Assist with forensic analysis to identify and resolve financial issues.
- Support project accounting tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Take initiative to identify and address financial problems promptly.
Requirements:
- Background in finance controls, forensic accounting, or audit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to allocate costs effectively and accurately.
- Experience in reviewing and reconciling financial documents.
- Ability to identify and solve financial problems independently.
- Comfortable with project accounting and cost allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, particularly within project accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and develop strategic solutions.
