I am representing a global IT services company that provides a broad spectrum of technology solutions to businesses and public sector clients worldwide. They specialize in cloud services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, serving a diverse group of industries.
As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Partnerships Manager to supplement their Sales Teams in generating new opportunities and driving revenue growth across the region and being a key point of contact for their existing clients.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities would includes
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key technology partners
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and growth targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize value and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate joint go-to-market activities, including co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and solution development.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze industry developments and provide insights to inform partnership strategies and decision-making
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and alliances.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting partnership achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and decision-making.
