Brand Communications Associate :
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content for all Luzerne social media platforms
- Plan and schedule social media content across various platforms.
- Create engaging content for corporate communications channels (e.g., Website, LinkedIn).
- Manage and update website content.
- Work closely with the Creative Brand Associate in developing visuals and messaging for social media and other campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and report findings.
- Assist in the execution of the Brand event, including:
- Managing logistics (venue setup, equipment rentals)
- Coordinating with vendors (catering, audio-visual)
- Ensuring smooth participant management (registration, check-in, communication)
- Develop a captivating social media content strategy to engage audiences pre-event and post-event for all Corporate events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Content writing and storytelling skills are essential.
- Experience with event planning and logistics is a plus (especially if managing vendor coordination and participant management).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
