- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of QMS
- Responsible for managing the daily production activities to achieve the management objectives
- Monitoring and review existing procedure / processes to improve efficiency as per quality plan.
- Execute and monitor the production activities with respect to yield and productivity.
- Analyse the progress and productivity error and initiate necessary corrective / preventive action measures.
- Process design for molding process.
- Verify production reports generate ides for improvements in yield and reject reduction.
- To initiate cost control plan and enforce them at production.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Establishing controls for the identified significant environment aspects for his/her function team according to procedures and instructions.
- Ensure obtaining quality management system such as ISO9001 at all time.
- To follow-up closely on production schedule to ensure on time delivery
- To maintain top 5S status for the department at all time
Job Requirement
- Knowledge in transfer molding process
- Can interpret technical/ assembly drawing.
- Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve company goals
- At least 5 years relevant experience in transfer molding
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
