BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Scope:


1. Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Support the General Manager in business meetings and negotiations with potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the General Manager for strategic decision-making.

2. Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks and projects assigned by the General Manager.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments or external parties.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
