Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site end-user computing (EUC) support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Email and Microsoft Office applications
- Printing and hardware
- Network connectivity and VPN
- Operating systems and hardware
- Conferencing tools
- Basic audio-visual setup
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage user accounts and email in Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.
- Oversee system and user data backups.
- Maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year IT support experience (preferably in IT System Integrator or Managed Service Provider environment)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated learner with interest in technology
- Required to take Technology Certifications.
