Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries for the oil markets
- Process all trades for submission to exchanges for oil markets
- Ensure all trade confirmations are promptly and accurately sent
- Check all incoming broker's confirmation against dealing tickets
- Prompt follow-up on trade queries and timely feedback to clients
- Update clients static data
- Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Any previous middle office support / settlement experience is advantageous
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Good communications in English and any other languages is a plus
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Need to be comfortable communicating with front-office brokers (confirming details and queries)
- Fast learner and attentive to details
- Keen interest in global oil and commodity markets
