Job Description
- Manage spare parts inventory including procurement, registration, and standardization of the parts.
- Coordinate with External Suppliers/Contractors for facility and maintenance-related works.
- To comply with building and system codes, you will establish and review operating instructions, rules, and regulations with staff overseeing projects to ensure they are performed within the guidelines.
- Plan, organize and perform preventive and routine maintenance programs.
- Perform value-added projects such as initiating improvements to the process capability of machines, and setting up and upgrading process lines.
- Established and maintain systematic documentation of plant equipment and maintenance records.
- Collect equipment failure statistics and perform analysis for effective countermeasures.
- To verify compliance as a building technician, you will be responsible for keeping a record of activities linked to the operation and facilities management of your assigned location.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or in related fields
- Ability to work independently and also possess great interpersonal skills written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs i.e Excel, Word, Powerpoint
