What you can offer to us..
As an Assistant Producer, you will oversee production end to end all through a creative execution lens which includes:
- Developing production solutions and strategies to drive the team
- Attend to project inquiries and work directly with the client to understand business objectives and briefs
- Translating an idea or story into the desired end product
- Assisting in planning, develop and executing all stages of pre-production to post-production with relevant stakeholders
- Building relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations
- Handling casting, auditions, locations, and hiring of freelancers for relevant projects
- Plan and manage post-production timelines while keeping the client up to date on progress
- Managing the creative team’s day-to-day operations, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with the Producers on day-to-day
- Procure, review and negotiate production estimates.
What we need from you:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Well-versed with all processes involved in a production project
- Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing, and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
- Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote
- Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud or Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Knowledge in Production discipliens
