Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding of onshore and offshore resources for all projects within the account. You will be required to work with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding for new and existing resources.
• To actively participate and contribute in discussions to improve and tweak the onboarding and offboarding processes such that they remain effective and relevant.
• Coordinate with project teams on planned and unplanned onboarding/offboarding of resources.
• Assist resources with their onboarding/offboarding process.
• Liaise with client counterparts to manage onboarding/offboarding requirements (e.g., submitting and following up with security clearance, returning client assets).
• Facilitate acquisition and return of necessary assets for resources.
• Maintain a central repository of artifacts pertaining to onboarding/offboarding of resources.
• Regularly update master roster file for the account.
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or related
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
• Able to manage multiple project teams’ requirements.
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, across management levels.
• Organised and attentive to details.
• Eager to learn and understand purpose of processes.
