Job Title: Bookkeeping & Accounts Executive

(No quota for work pass)


Location: Raffles Place, 20 Collyer Quay S049319

(Fully work from Office)

Work Schedule: 05-day work week


Job Summary:


We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Accounts Executive with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.


This role includes tasks related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, data compilation, payroll, and others.


Key Responsibilities:


Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals.


Compile relevant business documentation for banking processes.


Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.


Maintain accurate financial records and statements.


Perform month-end closing activities.


Process payroll transactions in the organization’s accounting system.


Record and process all business transactions using principles of double-entry accounting.


Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash.

Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management use.


Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.


Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.


Stay updated on industry best practices and accounting standards.


Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.


Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.


Contribute positively to team morale and company culture.


Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.


Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.




Qualifications and Must have Skills:


Relevant qualifications


Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.


(Must have) Knowledge of Xero accounting software.


(Must have) Strong knowledge of inter-company invoicing and accounts reconciliation.


(Must have) Knowledge in local Tax filing (overseas knowledge is welcome)
