Job responsibilities:
Invoice Processing
· Receive and review invoices from operations.
· Verify accuracy and completeness before entering data into XERO.
· Code and classify invoices by expense categories and cost centers.
FOREX Management
· Process payments in both SGD and various foreign currencies.
· Liaise with financial institutions to book rates and execute
Payment Processing
· Ensure client deposits are received before processing payments.
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
· Staff Claim Review
Prepare procurement reports for headquarters.
File various tax returns, such as GST, and stay updated on tax laws.
Compliance & Documentation
Audit and Accounting Support
Job requirements:
· Diploma holders in accounting or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
· Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus; 2-3 years of full set experience is an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
