Responsibilities
· Develop new accounts.
· Maintain daily communications & relationships with customers/ prospects.
· Develop product & market knowledge.
· Prepare quotations and issue Proforma Invoice upon order confirmation.
· Ensure quantity is within 20ft or 40HC FCL shipment, complying to container m³ & weight limit.
· Liaise & coordinate with Sales Admin for order processing (Planner, Packaging Materials, Shipping & Document).
· Basic understanding on shipping incoterms, FOB, CFR, CIF etc.
· Follow up on payment collection.
· Support clients with supporting documents/certificates/ relevant letters/agreements etc in accordance to import regulation/ guidelines for medical devices.
· Ensure accuracy of information in shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L etc.
· Keep records of sales documents.
· Generate monthly sales report.
· Prepare samples.
· Attend worldwide and local Singapore tradeshows if required.
· Ad hoc duties (Will be informed by Management when needed).
Requirements
1. Min Certificate, Diploma or Higher.
2. Comfortable with Sales and Business Development.
3. Candidate with Medical Device industry sales experiences would be an added advantage.
4. At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in Sales and Business Development.
5. Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills (English); basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
6. Ability to communicate orally with customers (face-to-face, email, IM and phone calls).
Remarks
1. 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
2. 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (Working hours)
3. Full Time or Permanent.
4. Near Commonwealth MRT and Bus Stop (ConvenientLocation).
