1. · Responsible for formulating a project plan to meet the projects objectives while adhering to an approved budget and timeline .it will include the project s scope ,the resources necessary ,the anticipated time and financial requirements the communication strategy a plan for execution and documentation and a proposal for follow-up.
· Assigns tasks sets deadlines, provides necessary resources ,and meet regularly with the members ,an ability to speak openly and frequently with all stakeholders is critical.
· Answering project emails , meeting with team members check the status of reports and new issues, communicate with clients update the project progress , reviewing the documentation to assess project risk , budget and follow up the schedule
· Responsible for coordination on installation of marine type heating, ventilation and air conditioning system & refrigeration system onboard ship & platforms,
· Supervisor and monitoring of project process and report to superior,
· Coordination with clients as necessary,
· Controlling of project cost and scheduling of project operation,
· Assured compliance to the procedure of the group,
· Maintain appropriate control & supports for our engineering operations,
· Keep all the company’s business process & procedure & pricing as confidential.
· Project management, installation supervision and commissioning for HVAC and piping system
· Responsible for up keeping good HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) practices as lay out by company.
· Ensuring all actions relating to projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s standards.
· Ensure that project schedule, targets and plans are followed and are in compliance with the contract.
· Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure good quality and correct installation of HVAC and piping system.
· Conduct system functional checks, pre-com and commissioning of HVAC system.
· Supervision of piping installation, purging and pressure test.
