Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Mastery: Dive deep into your specialist market, crafting strategies to generate business pipelines through canvass calling, marketing, networking, and lead generation.
- Client Cultivation: Cultivate lasting relationships by regularly visiting clients, understanding their needs, and aligning our services to their goals.
- Strategic Advertising: Showcase opportunities by crafting compelling adverts on platforms and social media channels, attracting talent.
- Talent Scouting: Utilize database, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify and approach suitable candidates.
- Streamlined Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process from receiving and reviewing applications to conducting interviews and presenting shortlists to clients.
- Negotiation Expertise: Facilitate seamless agreements between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Guidance & Support: Provide valuable insights on pay rates, training, and career progression, guiding both clients and candidates towards success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: Min 2 to 3 years of Recruitment Consultant experience with handling both client and candidate side
- Traits: Success-driven, team-oriented, with outstanding communication skills.
- Attitude: Proactive, positive, and target-driven.
- Language: Ability to communicate with Japanese stakeholders and candidates is a plus.
- Certificate: Must possess CEI(Certificate of Employment Intermidiary)
