- Recruit and retain a high calibre team; undertaking regular performance reviews, appraisals, reward reviews and setting development goals.
- Coordinate communication with area teams, verify TA process implementation, provide updates, and collect feedback as needed
- Analyse and follow up recruitment KPIs, coach your TA Partners & Area Teams to identify areas of strength and opportunity, ensuring appropriate actions are being taken to drive the talent acquisition function forward
- Partner with your TA Partners & Area Teams to implement talent acquisition strategies in local markets and ensure there is effective workforce plan in place to secure the right resources are available at the right time
- Responsible for the recruitment & onboarding process for various office persona roles, ensure candidates and hiring managers receive a positive experience
- Guide hiring managers on the best way to recruit, offer recommendations and provide them with useful insights. Secure their commitment to secure the right candidates are selected, within an agreed timeline
- Set recruitment budgets for the year and follow up with each area to ensure all spend is within parameters
