The Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the technical team, responsible for the implementation and design of various systems including communication systems, infrastructure works, mobile shelter and container systems, and related electrical auxiliaries. The position involves understanding project requirements, designing electrical architectures, managing sub-contractors, evaluating new components, and ensuring successful system integration and performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the technical team responsible for implementing the Systems.
- Understand contractual and project specifications to propose and generate electrical architecture and designs.
- Perform detailed technical analysis and verification to ensure designs meet requirements.
- Manage sub-contractors, including overseeing electrical designs, documentation, implementation, fabrication, and delivery.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new components and parts.
- Drive the development and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Program and integrate control systems and generate I/O lists.
- Prepare and present design review presentations.
- Generate design configurations, tests, and related project documentation and reports.
- Oversee system acceptance, interface, performance testing, and commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Requirements
- Experience in Electrical Engineering with a focus on digital infrastructure, power and control systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design and architecture.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in managing sub-contractors and project scope.
- Ability to conduct technical analysis and verification.
- Knowledge of new component evaluation and technology adoption.
- Skills in control system programming and integration.
- Capability to generate detailed technical documentation and reports.
