Work on site with VP, Finance of Asia to support on the daily work on overall Asia management reporting generating, key projects coordination and also financial process improving.
We would like to have a capable financial analyst who is not only able to work on from the ground as data collection, template build up and investment racking, mapping with SAP, but also keens to learning the business and drive the performance through Business KPI tracking and different projects. Lastly, we wish the candidate being passionate to join our Monster Family in Asia and being one of the important members to take the administration care of Singapore office and team.
Actual Asia Closing process assistant (Focus on SEA and East Asia markets) :
- P&L actual line by line review from BPC and SAP GL extraction, vs. PY/ vs. BP analysis
- Support Investment tracking on Promotional Spending and DME through SAP GL codes and P&L Trial balance Extraction, Data anlayisis to support commercial and marketing team review the actual spending vs. their internal spend tracker and budget management. Supporting Accounting team on the reconciliation of accruals ( ie. Variance review between internal spend tracker – actual commitment vs. Accounting accruals )
- Schedule Coordinate for Cross functional monthly reviews : P&L actual review ( with Commercial market head monthly ) , COGS review ( with Operation Qtrly) , DME review( with Marketing team Qtrly)
Financial Planning and Reporting support (Focus on SEA and East Asia markets):
- Customized BPC / BI reports generate for commercial analysis purpose ( ie . SKU profitability, Cost increase drivers, System Value chain updating and Business Plan assumption building )
- Consolidation and uploading Fcst and BP submission in system.
- Scheduling and process management of Financial reporting and review meetings
Manage the Asia Corporate team (SG office) OPEX spending ( including Office, Meeting, T&E), work with Corporate and set up travel agency platform in Asia.
