- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff in Japanese cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Carry out stewarding and housekeeping duties.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate & communicate effectively with the kitchen & service staff team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Assist chefs during food preparation and cooking.
- Required to assist in all other assigned duties.
Work Location: FairPrice Hub, Joo koon
Work Hours: 6 days/week, 8hrs/shift (rotating)
